HILLS COUNTRY CLUB CHRISTMAS
Our beautiful bride Megan chose the Hills Country Club for their huge wedding reception. The bridal cake was our 'crowdpleaser Mexican Vanilla with a hint of lemon and almond and with Bavarian Cream filling. The 5-tier cake had two square tiers and three round. The center tier had snowflakes and silver dragees (edible beads) and the other four tiers alternated between the single Riverplace Scroll and the Hannah Scroll. Red ribbons encircled all tiers and tealight candles on the cake provide a festive mood. Red roses were the main flowers with a scattering of petals. The cake feeds 245 and sells for $2.50/ serving, and we do have a big-cake discount because those are the cakes we love to create! Here's wishing a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday to all!
