Our lovely bride Stephanie chose a different design for her cake with a scroll that she found in a magazine. The scrollwork features big silver dragees (edible sparkly beads) that line up on all tiers and scrollwork that winds up and down like vines on each of the four sides of every tier. The cake has pearl-dot buttercream borders around the bottom with red ribbons around all tiers, and it sells for $2.50/serving, not including cost of flowers or delivery. Red roses and baby's breath cascade down the side, and petals surround the cake. Unfortunately, the cake didn't fit on their too-small silver plateau, so always ask your cake artist for the dimensions needed for your cake if you're planning on renting a plateau!
