ERIN'S DESIGN
My FANTASTIC bride Erin was so calm, cool and collected (till she was locked out of her house the day before the wedding and she STILL didn't let it get her down!) My instructions were "Just make it pretty!" so I hope that I did. I used her choice of designs--the "Bouncy Springs" on the top tier,"Riverplace Scroll" on the second, "Happy Swirls" on the third and the "Hannah Scroll" on the bottom with narrow ribbon around the bottom tier only. Her cake was Mexican Vanilla with a hint of lemon and almond and with Bavarian Cream filling in all tiers. Frosting was light ivory with a little darker ivory embellishment. It sells for only $2.25/ serving, and her cake serves 157 (most cakes can be made in any size you need to serve any number, and really large cakes are less expensive per slice than small ones!) Floral topper had a few baby roses, hydrangeas and green hypericum berries. I think this appreciative bride would be happy with nearly anything, and I hope she loves her cake!
