SADDLE
Brittney chose a Saddle cake for her new hubby Ryan for their reception Saturday. It serves 97 guests and sells for $3/serving plus $25 strawberries. It's lined with edible pearls and is a delicious homemade fudge cake with tan icing, fashioned after a saddle. It definitely has a "TEXAS" look to it and is very unusual and appealing to many.
