RED VELVET OFFSET
This cake at Vintage Villas for Cathy and her new hubby was much more than meets the eye on first glance--a RED VELVET cake inside (no I don't do armadillos!) and smothered with delicious homemade cream cheese frosting. The cake is an offset square and sells for $2.25/serving. It feeds 68 guests and they won't soon forget this one! The embellishment is a fudge scroll design. Surrounding the cake are seeded eucalyptus and a few of the beautiful petals from truly quality roses.
