Fudge Rose Cake
This is a lovely cake and one of my favourites. It is topped with an elegant bouquet of fudge roses, tied with a fudge ribbon at the bottom of the boquet which drapes over the side of the cake. The sides are basketwoven with two shades of chocolate icing.
