Hallie chose our "Texas Drizzle" cake for her groom's cake at their House on the Hill Sunday wedding and reception.
It's our famous fudge cake with fudge filling and has fudge drizzled down the sides. An edible rice paper logo decorates the top (we can use the logo for any school!) Bride and Groom strawberries also adorn the top while the remaining two pounds of chocolate-dipped berries surround the bottom of the cake. Mini Pumpkin mums also decorate the outer edges (it IS okay to have a few "appropriate" flowers on the groom's cake--no pink rosebuds or peach pansies, however!) The cake is a double layered cake and serves 50 and sells for $2.25/serving. There is a thin layer of fudge on the cake before the almond buttercream is added...or it can be frosted with light chocolate icing if you're a true chocoholic.
