Art and Jeanette chose a heavenly chocolate cream cheese icing on an Italian cream cake, embellished and filled with pecans and coconut. Needless to say, it vanished completely *poof* and some came back wanting more. It is incredibly delicious and made with two pounds of real butter. It sells for $2.50/serving and the rice paper (edible) picture is $10. This cake is a hit for a rehearsal dinner or any other special occasion.
