I made a set of 12 Journal Quilts in 2008 with the Contemporary Group of the British Quilters' Guild, all sized 12" square. All my JQs were dedicated to my very favourite place on this earth: Venice.

I also had the great good fortune to have a JQ selected for the JQ exhibition in Houston this year. It was the first time the JQ exhibition was judged and the theme was The Four Elements. I actually made all 4 (Fire, Earth, Water and Air) and the Fire one was selected. It was the first one I made and also my favourite!
