I started painting in grade school, and considered a career in art. However, I got married and raised 3 children instead, continuing to paint occasionally. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I did not practice my art for about 17 years, until I remarried 6 years ago and retired. My patient and understanding husband has encouraged me to take up my art again. After some very bad false starts, I am once again able to satisfy my desire to create visions of Mother Natures beauty.
