CORRIE'S BRIDE'S DESIGN
Corrie chose the smaller square cake for her wedding--one that wasn't rotated or offset but just 'straight stacked'. It serves 131 guests or 113 if she keeps her top tier. The design is one from a couple of year's back called "Bride's Design," One half of each tier is perfectly smoothed buttercream while the other side has a combination of Cornelli Lace and scrollwork--a great combination of classic traditional combined with contemporary. BEAUTIFUL flowers were provided by Susan at Callas Florist, and they included the HUGE and incredibly fragrant Casa Blanca lilies,
exquisite Dendrobium orchids,white hydrangeas, white callas and stocks. This is another florist who is nearby and FABULOUS! There were more flowers than cake, butI loved the great flower choices. I arranged the flowers free as part of our service to our brides. I will reiterate that ALL white/ivory cakes/flowers don't show up well in pictures, no matter how pretty they are.
