Hays Enclosure
The exterior of this space was screened, and now has a wall system completely enclosing the screen room as part of this home. This is not necessarily a “Sunroom” to speak of, but there are plenty of windows and a huge door for daylight to enter! This exterior is Vinyl Clad Aluminum with a “Stucco Look” fiber cement type siding, painted to match their existing siding. Brick was offered, but the savings of using this design was a lot, as a new foundation system would have been required, if using the brick to match exactly! Notice the pet door installed at the new wall. Notice also the new windows are matched to the pre-existing windows, although the pre-existing windows have no screens on them! An Addition should NOT look like an Addition!
