Yitzchak Rabin.
This is the grave of Yitzchak Rabin. He was a Prime Minister of Israel who was assassinated by a fanatical Jew. Some believe that Rabin was the last hope to be seen for peace between the Israelis and Israel's Arab neighbors. The Prime Minister is buried under the black stone. The white stone is there for his wife when she dies.
