Rio Brazos

Pros: Of the courses I have shot in Texas I gave this course my highest ranking score. It has beautiful unique terrain that once was an old golf course. It is well maintained & machines work well. It has large acreage and can host a multitude of events simultaneously. Target setting is outstanding. It is close to a major city but not to close. It has friendly staff & is a safe place to shoot. Towers, water, trees, open areas.

Cons: It is not a course you can simply shoot at on weekends with your buds. It is open to the public only for NSCA shoots which occur quite often thankfully. The humidity makes summer shooting uncomfortable. OK so I'm trying hard to find things wrong with Rio & nit picking - sue me.
