They are of the miniature size (8 lbs and up...10 to 13 inches). Occasionally we have a small standard of 14 inches. We do not have the 4/5 lb "toy" variety nor the hunting giants of 25 plus lbs. We do not raise the shorter legged Teddy Terrier,the Hairless Terrier or the Giant Decker Style Terrier. ******** All pups leave here up to date on age appropriate vaccinations,dewormed and on heartworm preventative. All tails are docked and dewclaws removed. Tails will be left natural only with full payment of puppy before the age of 4 days when the docking procedure is done. A health guarantee is given with each puppy and any questions the new owner might have are always answered! *******An available puppy can be reserved with a NON REFUNDABLE deposit. However, this deposit can be transferred to another puppy if so desired by the buyer at any point but no later than when the reserved puppy is 5 wks of age. A pup must be paid in full before it is shipped and/or by the age of 8 wks. We accept direct deposit and bank money orders/counter checks for deposits. We also accept PAYPAL for customers' convenience. **** All puppies are registered with UKCI (Universal),the largest rat terrier registry and pedigree service in the U.S.A.....pups can also be registered with UKC(United)with a 3 generation pedigree for conformation showing. NONE,are registered with the CKC(Continental) or any other dubious registry. *******We ship pups via Delta airlines. The cost for airline shipping is roughly $230-$260 (subject to change). Two pups can be shipped together in one crate w/ Delta for the same basic price. The new owner is responsible for the shipping costs ,the veterinary cost of the veterinary health exam and government required health certificate($35 per pup) and the crate used for the shipping($45 up depending upon the size needed). If new owner would prefer to send their own crate to be used for transport that is fine. Gasoline expenses to the airport is $15 and subject to change depending on the market's gas price here. If the new owner prefers to use a ground shipper of their choice we will be happy to oblige. By law no puppy can be shipped until it is 8 wks of age or older. One can not be air shipped if the temperature is above 85* or below 35*. ******* We strive to find FOREVER homes for our puppies. Please think about how much responsibility it is to own a pet of any kind before reserving one of our puppies! ****Parents are examined for good tight knees by a REPUTABLE LICENSED veterinarian practitioner. Hips are exrayed if there is any hint that there might be a problem upon manipulation or movement. Hearts and eyes are examined at routine intervals. The newest Primary Eye Lens Luxation DNA tests are being performed as finances here allow. Microchipping is available upon request through our veterinarian.
