Photographs from my "White Velvet" series

These photographs were derived from those in the Black Satin series. I experimented by changing the black areas on the photographs to white, resulting in a high-key effect. The images seemed almost like velvet, and they evolved into my "White Velvet" series. I printed some of these photographs on a soft, velvet-like paper for inclusion in an artist’s book of the White Velvet photographs.
