YELLOW CORETTA
This awesomely beautiful cake is a lemon cake with lemon filling and pale-lemon colored icing woven into an intricate little basketweave pattern with a #6 tip for those of you who are decorators. It isn't the usual 47/48 flat weave, but rather a tiny little round weave that takes hours to accomplish. And it's WELL worth it. The flowers are big yellow roses with accents of periwinkle and baby's breath. The cake is priced at a higher-than-most at $2.50/serving but its elegance is WELL worth it and is guaranteed to produce the "AHHHS!"
