Another beautiful wedding for a beautiful bride at the most beautiful venue in Austin--Vintage Villas--definitely my all-time favorite! Jen chose a three-tier round cake with peach ribbon around two of the tiers, and the cake serves 134. The top tier has the single row of scrollwork (Riverplace Scroll) and the bottom tier has the Hannah Scroll. The middle tier is the absolutely intricate and gorgeous quilting with silver dragees at every juncture. Silver dragees also go around the top of the top and bottom tiers. Pink roses adorn the top. The off-white cake was the 'crowdpleaser' Mexican Vanilla with Bavarian Cream filling. The cake sells for $2.50/serving, dragees $10 and we arrange all cake flowers free (up to 24 stems). The round cakes are coming back in for the coming season. We do cake tasting appointments for upcoming brides and grooms on Mondays between the hours of noon and 9:00 PM. Our smallest cake serves 100 and we don't do cupcakes, brownies, cookies, petit fours, or red velvet bridal cakes. What we do is FABULOUS wedding and groom's cakes that taste even better than they look and the best news of all--they're AFFORDABLE for most!
