When we built our home we planned on having a guest room. A friend said don't do it - make it your sewing room, so I did! This weekend I included our hall closet as part of my studio. No, I do not know where our coats will go. The tour starts at the hall closet then goes into the sewing room. The tour goes around the perimiter of the room. In the centre of the room is a drop leaf table that I refinished.
