Mosaic.
Our guide had mentioned this mosaic located inside St. Peter's Basillica, so I went over to examine it. It is made of a gazillion chips of glass using about 30,000 different shades of color. It looks just like a painting. The original painting was done by Raphael. I don't know who did the mosaic. Gorgeous!!
