Roy and I built this one together in 30 working days- it's something we are used to. The owner did some finish work, carpet and cabinets. The house is an R-40 envelope with a full insulated basement which has a walk-out.

The house is 32 x 36, on a full basement, twith a half loft. The total square footage is 2880 useable and heated- the total construction price was $125,000.in 1988. The timber frame, roofing, windows, doors and skylights, flooring, and superinsulated panels were $81,000 installed. I have added a few more houses to show the process and the variety of houses.
