Kelli chose the floated "Doggett Scroll" cake for her reception at Hyde Park Baptist. It's floated to look stacked but actually each tier is just a wee bit above the one below for ease of serving. Candles accentuate the holiday season and provide a beautiful picture for the cake.
It's Mexican Vanilla with a hint of lemon and almond and has the favourite raspberry filling. The cake serves 136 and sells for only $2/serving, less for larger cakes.
