Michelle created her own cake, using a combination of the "Riverplace Scroll" (top and bottom tiers) with the 'Yellow Scroll Design" on the middle tier. Each tier has red ribbon around it which is very easily removable for slicing. Two sets of separator plates give it added height and elegance. All the scrollwork is a really popular choice for both wedding and groom's cakes. The cake is inexpensively priced at only $2/serving, and the flavor is the popular Mexican Vanilla with other great flavors! Everything is deliciously homemade, including the buttercream frosting which has been smoothed to look like rolled fondant yet tastes sooooo much better!
