HOT PINK AND ORANGE
Laura designed her own cake and at first I had some misgivings about hot pink ribbon and orange dots (in groups of three, coming down around the top of each tier) but I was wrong. The finished cake looked really good--smoothed, stacked, and very simple. It was embellished with hot pink and orange Gerbera daisies and surrounded with hot pink and orange votive candles. It certainly matched the entire room! The cake was the crowd pleaser Mexican Vanilla with a hint of lemon and almond and with Bavarian Cream filling. It sells for only $2.25/serving and serves 134, not including delivery or cost of flowers.
