MONA HOLIDAY
This big four-tiered cake was enjoyed by Mona's guests today at Holiday Inn Business Park. WONNNNDERFUL place for a wedding--everyone there is soooo nice! The cake had varied tiers, with the top and bottom being the pearl display with swags, pearls and cornelli lace. One center tier was dots and the other snowflakes. She thought they look like flowers and that's okay with me! :-) Gives us a reason to use this delightful design in the summertime. The cake was heavily almond flavored French Vanilla with Raspberry fillling. The cake was "floated" one tier half inch above the other, and it sells for under $2/slice. Are my prices really too low? I was told today that they were. Price doesn't include delivery. Call today for your appointment because we're booking at the end of the year now.
