LISA'S OFFSET
My beautiful bride Lisa chose the "Nicole Cake" that I made last Christmas for her reception today at the fabulous Terrace Club. This cake is square and offset and serves 168. The embellishment on the center tier is champagne scrollwork with edible gold dragees inset into the frosting. She's found the same beautiful gold and white ribbon that really finishes off this cake beautifully. It sells for only $2.25/serving for the full offset, and the bottom line is only $388, not including delivery or flowers. Flowers arranged free by Austin Cake Lady. The bottom and top tiers have the 'Riverplace Scroll above the ribbon and gold beads along the top. Tealight candles adorn the cake, ready to be lit at serving time. This is a crowd pleaser and is definitely one of my favorite cakes to make! 258-3703
