The major activity in the backyard in 2007 was the completion of the shed construction and ramps and brick edging in the patio area - see individual albums. The major change in 2008 involved reshaping the lawn into a more formal rectangle, resulting in additon of a few paths and reshaping beds. We really like the contrast between the smooth green rectangle and the 'wilder' woodland areas. The backyard has a very serene feel. The shed area received a few additional plantings now that the construction in that area is complete, but will take a few years to fill in and blend better with the woodland areas.
