Here are some photos of amaryllis, bulb forcing and early spring photos in the garden. This year I purchased several amaryllis (hippeastrum) bulbs from John Scheepers. I was so pleased with the size and quality of these bulbs and the number of blooms produced. I also forced several different tulip varieties from Old House Gardens (OHG). It was a lot of fun to force these inside for some early spring bloom. Finally I planted some daffodils, hyacinths and tulips outside from OHG, John Scheepers, and Brent and Becky's Bulbs.
