This fountain and building are located about three blocks and across the Seine River from the Eifel Tower in Paris. When taking the picture of the Tower, a time exposure, the camera was on a tripod and the viewfinder was not covered. The Tower picture came out with green streaks!! Luckily, the photo shop was able to fix it with the use of a computer program.
