Madison, Wisconsin Capitol Building
This is one of the first experimentations with night photography by this photographer. The camera was resting on a picnic table. I had to hold the shutter button while the film was exposed. I was told later that the picture would have been better at half the exposure time. I like it the way it is. However, I did cut the exposure time of many future photos in half.
