collaged gift frame
made this for my sons girlfriend for Christmas. The background is from old 1882 magazine. Scans from old photos, button, scrabble tiles. The frame was painted and finished with a crackle, but I didn't like the color of the painted frame. I decided to cover with a light coat of gold metallic acrylic paint. The crackle still shows thru.
