Rabbit Ears Trailhead, CO Here is another of the many camping opportunities in the Rabbit Valley area. To get to the Rabbit Ears Trailhead, exit I-70 at Rabbit Valley Exit #2 which is at the extreme western edge of Colorado. Go south and take the first road to the east. It's a good gravel road that winds through the desert hills basically parallelling I-70. In one of the many road bends, you'll find this trailhead. It's very quiet here and the trail to the Rabbit Ears overlook is easy and well worth the time. The views at the end of the trail are breathtaking.
