Keeper of the drums. His torso is made of gourd, an ornamental gourd was used for his head with clay features. The flat drums are gourd disks wrapped with goat skin, center drum a gourd also. Goatskin top, wood burnt symbols, & gourd stems for legs. His adornments are, rattle snake skin to line the center,snake shed for collar. Snake vertabraes, ivory beads,black onyx for eyes, black jade & black wooden beads, a glass obsidian arrow head, white rabbit fur, dyed black pheasant & guinia feathers for his headdress,leather,horse hair,and cloth were also used in his makeup. Acrylics with woodburnt outlines as colorings. He stands 11 1/2"
