Being blessed with spritely Miss Ellie is an outrageous fortune! This cherished girl is the MOST IDEAL Rat Terrier we have ever produced. She has classic conformation with remarkable muscle and elegant yet sturdy bone gracing her perfectly proportioned frame. And does she ever move like a dream! Ellie is also a VERY outgoing lass who craves affection and always wants to be in the middle of whatever is going on. She loves to hit the road with us, visit different places and play on the beach. She is a clever spitfire with a truly eager-to-please nature. Like her mother, our beloved Patsy, Ellie has a serene grace and ease about her, which makes her a pure joy to know. Ellie represents 5 generations of our heart's work to develop our very own Rat Terrier bloodline, the Sands line. Her pedigree is extremely long and full. To say the least, luck was shining on us when it brought our Ellie to us.

Ellie is a UKC Champion!!! She is Southern Sands Kennels' 5th Bred-By Champion. By the end of 2/6/11 in Perry, Georgia, our girl took Best Of Breed and went all the way to 4th in the Terrier Group, not to mention that she later topped it off by taking Best of Winners again!
