This is a little 10" square fudge cake that serves 50. Tuxedoed strawberries adorn the top, while chocolate-dipped strawberries surround the bottom. The cake is a fudge cake with raspberry filling. The sides are pressed with lines, and fudge is drizzled down the sides. The cake sells for only $2.25 per serving, and strawberries are add'l depending on seasonal prices.
