AUTUMN OFFSET
The holidays are upon us once again and it's beginning to show in the beautiful autumnal colours of bridal cakes!
One of today's beautiful brides selected a big square offset cake to feed 168, and the cake sells for a low $2.50/ serving. It's a French Vanilla cake with strawberries and cream filling. The tiers are turned at different angles to give the cake an architectural look. Candles give it a very festive look and really help to show off the cake.
