LONGHORNS
Again, the deep dark fudge cake is the choice, with a lighter chocolate icing and fudge drizzled all the way around the sides. There are a large and four small handmade colorflow longhorns and they're sold separately but inexpensively. The cake is $2/serving and this is the favorite size for a groom's cake--it feeds 50! The servings are the equivalent of a 2" cube of sheet cake, and the standard is set by Wilton, the largest cake decorating company in the world.
