OFFSET FUDGE
Amanda and Vincent chose the offset squares for their reception yesterday at One World Theater. It seems that grooms' cakes might be getting a little bigger proportionately, or the demand for chocolate has gone UP! This cake is $2.25/serving and is homemade fudge cake with fudge filling and serves 104 VERY appreciative guests! There is NEVER a bite of my homemade chocolate cake left over! It's frosted with homemade Dutched Milk Chocolate frosting, and covered with a freehand fudge scrollwork all over both tiers. Chocolate-dipped strawberries add color and sell for $25 for two pounds.
