The Blue Mountains Red Hot Hattitudes with Attitudes, an offical chapter of the Red Hat Society,www.redhatsociety.com came into being August 2005 by Queen Mum Maureen Loves to Dance a Lot with the encouragement of Queen Mum Karen from the Sydney Red Hat Society of which Queen Maureen is a member. Our chapter has begun because we feel there is a need in the lower blue mountains for ladies over 50 to be able to join in the fun, frivolity and friendship that exists in the world of Red Hatting all over the globe. Our objectives are simple have fun, be frivolous, form friendships, dance like nobody's watching and sing like nobody's listening.
