Paxton the Peacock My daughter has a peacock.  It is a vey cool bird. We got it as a juvenile around Labor Day 2008. It has grown a lot and it is starting to dwarf our other birds (they are mostly bantam sized....) Paxton is now getting blue and green feathers on its neck and chest. We still aren't sure if it will be a boy or a girl, but it is cool to watch it grow. We are thinking of getting it a pal to hang out with.  Look for pics of Paxton on here soon.   Posted on 01/04/2009 06:42 PM 1 Comments Paxton escaped one day last week. He usually does not wander far, but was found on a truck 4 houses away! 9:30 pm, I received a phone call to come retrieve him in the rain...
