Honestly he was not expecting any major climatic changes since the sun was shining down on him warming him in the cool water. Algae is flooded here in this shallow wading pool, a home for many regional bullfrogs. He is satiated from a plethora of forage on nearby lillypads and various waterbugs that land.

When I saw him and many additions of his so-called family that lived here, all were various shades of green with speckled brown backs. Huge back legs indicate good forage and healthy environmental elements still prevail in our waste waters of America. I am glad to say him and his buddies did not be served as 'legs a'la carte !'
