I apologize to everyone for not ackowledging and responding to bulletins and/or messages.  I had not been on the site consecutively.  Once in a while, I would log on to check a couple of things and log right out again.  I haven't had the time to spend on the computer like i would have liked to, but I have had a lot of things going on these past couple of months.  Again, I apologize.  Especially to my friends who have been continuously visiting and leaving me comments.  I thank you so much!

I was truly blessed this year!   I had a wonderful day with family and friends at

my home.   The food was superb and everything went well from start to finish!

It is a good start into the holiday season and i am greatful and look forward to

Christmas and the New Year!

 

I  had a great birthday!  It was everything that i thought it would be.  I'm so blessed!

I haven't had a lot of time to be on the computer.  My dear friend is in the hospital

and had two major surgeries and i have been under the weather a bit myself for the past couple of days.  I guess it's stress!   In spite of everything, I know that the sun will come out tomorrow!

 

Today is my daughter's birthday!  We celebrated it on Saturday, 9/23/06.  We had a birthday dinner with 30 plus people in attendance.  We had a very nice time.  My birthday will be here on this coming Saturday and I have no idea / haven't made up my mind on how i'm going to celebrate it!  I just know that it has to be something extra special, because I deserve it!  After all, i've been here a 1/2 century!!!!!

Today was a great day!  I felt really good.  I  am thankful for having loving and caring people in my life.  I thought about my grandson today  and it brought a smile to my face.  I thought about  how he brings so much joy to my life when he comes to visit.  He's such a comedian.  I visited my mom today and I realize how blessed we are to still have her around.  I think to myself, I hope she lives at least another 20 years.   But if nothing else,she knows that I love her.
