I am typing this as I watch American Idol, so not sure how I do. But I did want to put down some things in my head, Yesterday and today have been really good for me. Yesterday it was cold, rainy and very foggy, but that did not dampen my spirits. I had a doctor's appointment in Frederick. John could go with me because he had to wait for a service call, but I loved that. I went by myself and it felt so good to be driving alone, ha. Don't worry, John knows how I feel. I am very up front and honest and since he retired, I have had little time to myself and I miss that. When my mother was living I enjoyed driving to Princeton by myself. It was a wonderful feeling, coasting down I-81 and knowing no one knew exactly  where I was.
 This morning, I hit the floor at 5 A M. Great day at the gym I have an imaginary trainer on my shoulder and he keeps me going. I always hear this voice. Stand up straight. If you carry yourself with confidence, you will be confident.

Lunch at Ci Ci's. my favorite place to eat, but I pass on the garlic bread and the wonderful cinnamon rolls. I have salad and the veggie pizza.
 Well, now I'll give all of my attention to Idol. It is so much better this year.
