Supporting local artists
If you want to see a local artist grow and perfect their craft, manipulate their trade
to their best abilities, you need to support them. Most artists I know make this
possible on any budjet, or actually, by passing on their names to others who
might have an interest, no budjet at all! Most of us create what we do because
it is us, that's what we do. We make things, paint things, build things because
that is who we are and that is how we express ouselves. If you like what we do
your telling us that gives us strength and your buying something from us gives
us the ability to create something even better! We try to make it easy for you
to do this: a painter might have an original piece for $14,000 but is also
offering you a signed copy for $400 or a postcard for $10 or a business card to
share with your friends for nothing: support the art you like and pass it along!
We all do the equivalent of that. Although some of what I do may cost $12,000
or more, I have many individual art pieces for under $300, most of my ornamental
iron trellis's are $100, some garden pedestals for $29 and steel garden stakes
with various (so you can collect the series!) finials for just $5.00 each! All
customers are welcome! If I do a good job for you I know you will tell one or
two of your friends, but if I do a bad job I know you will tell ten of your friends!
I always do the best that I can and I always try to make the next project the best
ever! Support all artist. We all feel this way and we all need your support!
