I have a couple nice roosters and pullets and I cant wait to see what they produce this spring, 2009. Im confident that I will be producing some amazing offspring this year. I plan on keeping only the best of the best, and culling the rest. This way, hopefully, I can produce an amazing line of bearded buff silkies. I've been told that it takes around 3 years to get your stock where you want it to be. It will be some hard work, but i'm ready for it. Buff Silkies are always going to be a work in progress, and are one of the hardest colors of silkies to breed and perfect. Im up for the challenge. I won't be selling any hatching eggs this year. I might have a small batch late in the summer. I will probably have some next year, but they will be very very limited.
