 :) Chicken bbq's okay lang din para sa akin, ewan nagsasawa na ako sa lasa niya :D. Here in Bacolod may different flavors ang mga chicken bbq's pero 'di pa sila ganoon ka inventive sa pag mix ng mga lasa "with herbs etcs.". Yes you are correct malansa ang chicken, kapag hindi nilinis ng mabuti at hindi naluto ng mabuti lalo na kapag may sabaw. Kapag ganoong malansa dapat kompleto ito sa sangkap as in tama talaga para tama din ang nais na lasa at dapat tama din ang pagkasunod sunod sa paglalagay ng mga sangkap. :) Hehehe!.. Kahit anong meat na hindi nanuot ang panlasang sahog sa lutuin ay malansa at 'di masarap. (nalalangsahan <= that's a deep tagalog).

I am fine but my beige skin is now turning tan (toasted) because of gardening and the climate here. Yes, it's been a while since the last time. How's life there in Laguna? I miss Cavinti and Enchanted Kingdom. I don't get hilo with the rides, so much fun for me :)). Na miss mo yata ang medyo makulit na si Anne na pilit pinangiti ang nakasimangot mong mukha. :)
