My brother did an awesome job making me a metal wheel cover for the spare on my Jeep. I have been bugging him for a year now to design me one. I had to have a sun as I collect those in my garden. Now the sun follows me where ever I go.

The nation must be going through unseasonable warm weather? Sixties here during day, fourties at night. Bizarre!!!
I love Christmas, but thankfully I don't have to prepare gifts this season since my life is not settled yet. I am taking my life through a complete transition and all my stuff is in storage.
I have been working on some spontaneous watercolor greeting cards though. I bought a handful of minor art supplies (have oodles in storage). I have about 5 designs: sunburst, cross, pears, coffee and ? They are painted on quarterfold sketch paper and I made envelopes of same. I plan to color copy them and reuse images in cardlines, wall art and decoupage. I will upload pics as soon as I can.
Thank you so much, Kristin, for taking the time to contact me. Don't think that I don't think about you. It's just that everything is in a jumble right now. I am good about keeping in touch with my friends but my computer time is limited since my machine is also in storage. But I will be participating more in future.
Happy Holidays

Here in Atlanta it has been 19 and 24 degrees. Frigid! And it is a waste. I am cold for nothing. No snow. Have a wonderful weekend.

Kristin: I have incorporated a die-cut type photo into a greeting card, but don't have a pic because it was sent to a friend and one-of-a-kind.
Currently, I don't make my paper, but decorate paper with stamping, paint techniques, pressed flowers and collage. I do want to make some paper for special projects. I plan to one day buy one of those children's papermaking kits to do this.
Idea #1: For your cards+photos you could sew a photo to a card with decorative or zigzag stitches around the photo. This can be handsewn or machine.
Kristin, I will be happy to try to answer them as best that I can. Wish I lived where there is some snow. Haven't given up hope yet. :-)
