My name is Jackie Thompson. My husband and I now live in Killeen, Texas. Together we have 3 children and in May we will have our 10th grandchild. My how time flies. Oh and I can't forget we have 2 Boston Terrier's that rule the roost. My husband is retired Air Force and I served for several years in the Air Force. What I thought was going to be a hobby has turned in to a business for me. I started out making cloth dolls and now I make bags/purses that are made out of military uniforms. I have been wanting to make the bags for a while now so I finally took the plunge and did it. I made one and sent it to a friend of mine whose husband recently joined the Army. When she received the purse she started getting several inquires about it and people wanted to know where they could purchase one. I think this is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. I enjoy bringing my purses to life and hearing how happy that person is when they receive the purse.
