Introducing gene78:
Hi! My name is Gretchen Spensin Gene Johnson James. I know, what a long name to start off with. But you know what? It represents a lot of who I am and where I came from. I was named after my Dad's old room mate. Atleast that's what my folks say. But I'm glad they did cuz I've never come across someone who told me they could or couldn't pronounce my name or that they have a problem spelling my name. Trust me, even professors couldn't pronounce it for some reason. And I find that funny. Moving on. Spensin is the name of my Dad and you know what they say, you always have to carry your Dad's name and make sure your kids do the same except it'll have to be your husband's name. Gene is just a nick name I made but gladly it ended up somewhere in my birth certificate. Hoooray!! Don't know how that got in there but hey, Micronesia is Micronesia. AH AH AH! And Johnson? Well, it's my mother's maiden name. And how can I not carry her maiden name after all the years of suffering she's put up with me. I have to give her all the credits for raising me and my siblings. And let's not forget James. Since it's the last word to my name, I think everybody can tell that it's my last name. And you can't be anywhere without your last name. So there you go-- thaaaaaat's me. |

My favorite quote would have to be- " What you see is what you get." I've come a cross a lot of people who does nothing but hate on something or guzz on someone. To be honest, it's just not me. That's why I don't judge. Cuz once the table turn, the person most likely to get hurt is yourself. |
