I'm married and a mother of three. I love to bead and teach beading classes at my local Michael's store. I started beading in September 2005 and can't seem to stop. I try to keep it under control, but you know what... when it comes to beads, there's no such thing as control!

Little People Big World, Miami Ink, Ghost Hunters... those are the only 3 shows I'll drop everything to watch, unless I forget they're coming on. |
Favorite Music & Bands:
Van Morrison, Boston, Kansas, The Doors, Queen, CCR, The Beatles, Jimmy Buffet, that list goes on... I also like contemporary Christian music, my favorite CC song is "My Redeemer Lives". |
Favorite Movies:
Wizard of Oz, Pretty Woman, My Best Friend's Wedding, Harry Potter (all of them), Pirates of the Carrabien (both of them), Lord of the Rings (all of them), Accepted (so funny!), The Court Jester (Danny Kaye), Africa Screams (Abbot and Costello) There's more but I won't bore you with them. :) |
Favorite People You Know:
My daughter Tricia, my son Mike, my oldest son Dan, my hubby Gene, all of my in-laws!, Dawn I (The Beaded Angel), Nic & Chris (my WoW pals), Patty F (Way2Kool Designs), Margie L (she was on an Austrailian show with the Bee Gee's back when those guys were ugly gangly teens! LOL, and she's a terrific person to know!) |
Favorite Reads:
I'm totally hooked on the Stephanie Plumb series by Janet Evanovitch! They are a must read if you love to laugh and don't mind a teenie bit of crudeness. My brother in law reads them! Grandma Moser is a real hoot! You gotta start at One For The Money and work your way through the series! I always pictured Ranger as looking like Antonio Banderas, even after she mentions a mechanic looking like him. Nope, that's reserved for Ranger in my mind... sorry Janet! These would make great movies!
Okay, got a little off track.
Hearts In Atlantas by Stephen King. The movie was okay, but only covered about 1/3 of the book. There's so much more to it!
The Madusa Stone by Jack Dubrul - A great read and a book I refuse to part with! I fully intend to read this one again and probably soon as I've forgotten much of it. I'm usually not one to read a book twice.
Timeline by Michael Crichton - Great read and loved the movie!

Sean Connery... yep, he might be getting up there in age, but he still does it for me! Growl!
Julia Roberts - She's very endearing.
Danny Kaye - I love all but one of his movies. The Five Pennies was his only drama and the only movie he did that I didn't like.
Antonio Banderas - Growl... grrrowl... GAROWEL! Don't tell my hubby I said that!
Basically I love to laugh, so comedies are #1 on my list! #2 would be action adventures followed by fantasy.
MUSIC
I like classic rock & contemporary Christian music. The older I get, the more classic rock songs I find I don't like and can't believe I actually liked them when I was younger. Guess I wasn't listening to the words so much way back then! Sheesh! My all time favorite song is Moondance by Van Morrison. It's has a jazzy sound to it, and I love it! |
